02. Colors, packaging and minor variations may differ slightly due to lighting, batches, or manufacturer updates.
03. Sellers are responsible for listing correct details on their own stores.
Pricing & Profit
01. Waokart provides product prices; sellers are free to add their own profit margin.
Order Process
01. Wrong details (name, number, address) provided by the seller are not Waokart’s responsibility.
02. Courier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or remote locations.
Delivery Policy
1. Standard delivery time within UAE: 2–3 days.
2. Remote/Far areas: up to 5 days.
3. Delivery charges: 15 AED, Packing charges: 5 AED (unless updated).
4. Delivery time may vary during sales, holidays or unavoidable situations.
Returns & Refunds
1. Returns are free for customers — no return charges.
2. A return is only accepted if:
The product is damaged,
The product is wrong,
The product is incomplete.
3. Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.
